Our Approach

White House Care Home is proud to offer a safe and welcoming home where person-centred care is delivered in a setting that allows for first-class living. We believe we are more than just a care home, we are a community of passionate professionals who aim to provide a warm, friendly and loving environment as well as a luxurious lifestyle that is both enriching and satisfying.

Led by our Home Manager, we have a team of Registered General Nurses, Senior Carers and Health Care Assistants who offer residential, nursing, respite and dementia care for up to 50 residents. More than just meeting well-being and medical care needs, our approach focuses on the overall comprehensive care of each resident.

Comprehensive Care

We work in partnership with residents and their families to develop a personalised care plan, ensuring everyone receives the correct level of care that meets all of their needs. We have a highly experienced and supportive team who are equipped with a holistic set of skills and experiences, that actively encourages independence, respect and dignity at all times. We do all we can to make sure we are caring for each individual as a whole, by talking with residents and their loved ones about what their needs are in order to develop an accurate care plan that comprehensively covers all of their needs.

Dedicated to Person-Centred Care

We use a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) approach to person-centred care, which allows us to deliver a comprehensive medical evaluation by bringing together doctors from many disciplines in an organised manner. This approach to care ensures our staff are fully equipped to deliver superior and personalised care to each resident. Following an initial evaluation, residents will continue to benefit from regular assessments to ensure they are receiving the most suitable and consistent care possible. We recognise that the traditional care model has to continually evolve, therefore our team members are inspired to look for areas that can be improved.
