Set in the peaceful surroundings of Letchworth Garden City in Hertfordshire, White House Care Home provides exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite Care in a newly refurbished, purpose-built setting. Designed with comfort, safety, and style in mind, our home accommodates up to 50 residents, each with a private, beautifully furnished en-suite bedroom and access to inviting communal areas.

Residents can enjoy modern amenities throughout, including comfortable lounges, dining rooms, activity spaces, and landscaped gardens that encourage relaxation and social connection. Our highly trained nurses and care staff are available 24 hours a day, providing professional support in a safe and nurturing environment. Whether someone joins us for long-term residential care, specialist dementia support, or a short respite stay, they can expect expert care delivered with empathy, patience, and respect. Each resident is assigned a key worker or nurse who becomes a familiar and reassuring point of contact, ensuring continuity and personalised attention at all times.

Residents Are Always Put First

The team at White House are excited to welcome our first residents, and build strong relationships by spending time with them regularly to learn more about who they are. Once future residents choose to move to our care home, as part of our care approach, we will arrange a pre-admission assessment with our Home Manager where loved ones can also attend. This is so we can work together to form a care plan that is tailored to a resident’s needs to ensure the very best care is provided. Following this, residents will be assigned a nurse or key worker who will remain their constant source of support.
