Home ManagerMaria DziedziurskaHome ManagerMaria is the Home Manager at White House Care Home and has over 18 years of experience, having worked as a Registered Manager. Maria previously achieved her Masters in International Relations with a specialism in Global Security and Safety and has worked for private, commercial, and non-profit organisations. Throughout her experience, Maria has gained a real understanding of running successful care homes, independent living, and home care facilities, as well as managing a dedicated care team providing person-centred care. In this role, Maria looks forward to ensuring high-quality care standards, and leading the team to deliver first-class care and support to all.Reni Philip
Deputy ManagerReni PhilipDeputy ManagerReni joined White House in December 2022, she brings years of experience previously working in the private and NHS sectors. Reni is the clinical lead for the home. Reni is passionate caring and pays attention to small details. She is liked by all staff residents and relatives.

Senior CarerCharlotte Chesworth-WingSenior CarerCharlotte is a senior carer at our care home and has 2 years experience working in care. She is very passionate about her role and finds providing care and support to our residents very rewarding.
Melissa Dormer
Activity LeadMelissa DormerActivity LeadMelissa has been working in activities for a number of years, making sure all of her residents have a fun-filled programme. She enjoys bringing elements of her theatre skills into the role, with a particular love of musicals and singing. Her favourite part of the job is building rapport with the residents and when they trust her ‘out there’ suggestions.

Activities CoordinatorHaley RobertsActivities CoordinatorHaley joined the team in June 2023 as an activity coordinator. Haley has made lovely relationships with the residents and really enjoys baking and craft sessions with our residents.

MaintenanceMark LaurenceMaintenanceMark has had a varied career history in various jobs along the way working in a school for 20 years as a Maintenance Manager, before deciding he wanted to help the elderly. Mark find his role really rewarding.

ReceptionistMandy ShepherdReceptionistMandy is the White House’s receptionist who provides a warm welcome to all who visit the home. She is extremely capable and efficient with a diverse skill set that her colleagues appreciate. Mandy enjoys interacting with residents and their relatives and is committed to providing a friendly and caring environment.
