Our First Christmas at White House Care Home

The residents, relatives and team at White House have loved getting our care home in Letchworth Garden City ready for it’s first Christmas. We decorated the home with Christmas trees, paper chains and had so much fun participating in Christmas activities.

Our lovely residents have been getting into the festive spirit decorating the home with Christmas trees and decorations - what a great job they've done!

Here's just a snapshot of a couple of the activities our residents have recently taken part in during December, from chair exercises to jigsaw puzzles.

On Monday 19th of December, we also had our first Christmas Party which was enjoyed by residents and relatives alike. We had live entertainment by John Walden followed by a festive buffet tea. A wonderful time was had by all.

Our residents are looking forward to their first Christmas Day Lunch in their new home. A delicious 3-course meal is being prepared by our wonderful chef and we have lots of exciting things planned.
