In line with our brand new care home opening soon, we are delighted to announce that we are partnering with Nourish, the award-winning digital care management system at White House Care Home. Providing the very best in person-centred care for our future residents is our main priority and using Nourish will help us accomplish that.
From the initial care assessments we will carry out prior to moving into the home and throughout a resident's time with us, we will curate customised care plans for every single resident which will then be recorded on Nourish. By using this system, our care teams will be empowered by using data to better understand each of our residents.
Nourish will give our team insights that allow for better decision-making and even greater visibility for monitoring, analysing, and improving care practices, ensuring that person-centred care is at the core of everything we do.
The handsets, which look like mobile phones, will enable our care team to accurately record at the point of care, which in turn enables our carers to spend even more quality time with our residents as opposed to having to update care plans manually.
Information will also be collected timely and accurately and will provide a further level of assurance for residents' loved ones of the care and support that they are receiving.
We will strive for high quality in everything we do and by investing in equipment and resources, we can ensure that the care delivered to our residents will be both efficient and specific to their individual needs.
