Meet our Home Manager, Maria

White House Care Home is delighted to announce that Maria Dziedziurska has recently been appointed as the Home Manager of our newly opened care home located in Letchworth Garden City.

Maria brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously worked as a Registered Manager with over 18 years of experience that she gained after moving to the UK. Prior to this, Maria achieved her Masters in International Relations with a specialism in Global Security and Safety.

During Maria's professional career, she has worked for private, commercial, and non-profit organisations. Throughout her experience, she has gained a real understanding of the running of successful care homes, independent living, and home care facilities, and managing a dedicated care team providing person-centred care. 

Maria is a natural leader who is passionate and driven to motivate the team she works with, ensuring appropriate care and support is provided to residents, relatives, and all those that she comes in contact with through efficient staff management. She is committed to maintaining high-quality care standards through comprehensive training and supervision and always strives for excellence. 

The future of White House Care Home looks extremely bright as Maria has great ambitions for the home, including helping residents and relatives transition smoothly into life at White House and ensuring the team delivers the very finest person-centred care to each and every resident. Maria looks forward to providing residents with a wide variety of choices in their everyday lives, from weekly activities and events to the delicious home-cooked meals and refreshments offered daily.
