I am a trained nurse by profession and have worked in a range of healthcare settings both in India and the UK. Over the past eight years, I have progressed through several roles within the UK care sector, building extensive experience and a strong passion for delivering high-quality care. I love seeing the residents smile and supporting them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives in a care home setting. I have an open-door policy here at The White House Care Home, so feel free to ‘pop in’ and say hello.

Marlene recently joined The White House as Deputy Manager and will be overseeing the clinical management of the home. With a strong background in Community Nursing, Neurological Care, and Palliative Care, she brings a wealth of experience and clinical expertise.

In recent years, Marlene has also worked in management, education, and training, supporting care teams to deliver compassionate, person-centred care. Her passion for sharing knowledge and upskilling colleagues ensures residents receive the highest standard of up-to-date clinical support.

Marlene looks forward to working closely with the staff, residents, and families at The White House.

Philip has many years of experience in hospitality and is passionate about creating nutritious, exciting meals. He enjoys chatting with residents and turning their ideas into delicious dishes. Proud to be part of The White House team, Phil strives to make every dining experience a positive one.

Jai is a Unit Manager at The White House with 28 years of experience in care. He has a special interest in dementia, mental health, and end-of-life care. Passionate about person-centred support, Jai is dedicated to ensuring dignity, comfort, and wellbeing for every resident.

Mark has had a varied career history in various jobs along the way working in a school for 20 years as a Maintenance Manager, before deciding he wanted to help the elderly. Mark find his role really rewarding.

Mandy is the White House’s receptionist who provides a warm welcome to all who visit the home. She is extremely capable and efficient with a diverse skill set that her colleagues appreciate. Mandy enjoys interacting with residents and their relatives and is committed to providing a friendly and caring environment.
